Human Leukocyte Antigen Typing Services

Creative Bioarray provides medium-resolution and high-resolution HLA typing analysis services. Our platform has established analysis under different strategies to help customers predict the type of HLA in the sample. Through my continuous accumulation of service experience, we have established an internally optimized protocol and can provide solutions with a fast turnaround time according to your requirements.

About Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA)

The human major histocompatibility complex (MHC) is the human leukocyte antigen (HLA) complex. It contains genes responsible for immune function. If a mutation occurs, it will affect human immune recognition and clearance response, such as disease susceptibility, rejection of organ transplantation, tumor immunity, etc. Molecular-based methods are valuable tests in predicting the presence or absence of certain HLA antigens. HLA genes are highly polymorphic in multiple locations, but most of these DNA sequence variations are in specific exons. Specific nucleotide sequence polymorphisms that have been characterized by specific HLA types can be analyzed by artificially synthesized DNA probes or primers. Currently, existing HLA typing molecular methods are divided into three categories, namely sequence-based typing (SBT), sequence-specific primer (SSP) typing, and sequence-specific oligonucleotide (SSO) typing. SBT can be performed by sequencing methods, and SSP typing and SSO typing are completed by analysis of specific DNA amplification products. Our HLA typing service uses a variety of feasible technologies to provide analysis and testing at different resolutions.

Cell Isolation Services

We provide HLA typing testing services based on sequence-specific amplification and sequencing methods. This service can be used for cell therapy development and testing, disease susceptibility research and cancer vaccine development, etc., to help researchers analyze the presence or absence of a certain HLA antigen. Our test items include the analysis of classic HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-C, HLA-DRB1, HLA-DRB3, HLA-DRB4, HLA-DRB5, HLA-DQA1, HLA-DQB1, HLA-DPA1, and HLA-DPB1 loci. Customers can choose single-target or multi-target analysis, and the highest resolution of our HLA typing can reach a 4-digit resolution.

Our HLA profiling service provides two different strategy methods to meet customers with different resolution analysis needs. Our low-resolution and medium-resolution HLA typing services are based on sequence-specific amplification methods, which can test gDNA and cell line samples with a resolution of up to 3-digit. Our high-resolution HLA typing service is based on next-generation sequencing. The compatible sample types are gDNA and cell lines, and the resolution can reach 4-digit. Our characteristic is to provide flexible target selection and different resolution analyses, which can meet the different analysis needs of customers.
