Cell Fluorescent Labeling Services

Creative Bioarray provides a comprehensive fluorescent labeling service for cells. This service can help our customers establish a fast and convenient fluorescent labeling scheme to analyze the specific life activities of living cells or analyze the content of biological macromolecules of interest in fixed cells. Researchers can choose to provide us with your cell samples or proteins or antibodies of interest. We will tailor an efficient labeling scheme for your experiments to perfectly fulfill your analysis needs. In addition, our cell flask culture platform can also complete a number of tests related to fluorescence analysis, such as the use of FACS to analyze single cells and the use of multiple dyes for multiple analyses. In addition, further analysis and testing based on cell fluorescent labeling can also consider choosing our service.

Fluorescent Labeling

Fluorescent labeling is an effective visualization method commonly used in research, which can help researchers in the field of biology and medicine to "clearly" understand the effective information of cells and biological macromolecules. Usually, this process is a process of combining fluorescent dyes with functional groups contained in cells or biomolecules so that they can be visualized and analyzed by fluorescent imaging equipment. Effective fluorescent labeling can promote the success of the research. The more widely used fluorescent tags in current research include fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), derivatives of rhodamine (TRITC), and so on. In addition, fluorescent tags such as fluorescently labeled proteins (such as GFPs) can also be stably expressed in the target region of interest through genetic modification to achieve specific visualization.

Cell Fluorescent Labeling Services

The information that can be observed when using white light to observe cells is usually limited, which may be limited by the magnification capability of the visualization device. The method of selectively labeling proteins, cell structures, and biological processes through fluorescent proteins, dyes, or coupled antibodies enables more and more detailed information to be observed and tracked. Our cell fluorescence labeling service can perform cell fluorescence imaging for the following biological macromolecules.

Oligonucleotides/Nucleic Acids. Use fluorescent dyes to label synthetic oligonucleotides to form fluorescently labeled probes or enzymatically label nucleic acid fragments to achieve visualization.
Peptides/Antibody/Proteins. Conjunct selected tags to peptides, antibodies, or proteins by chemical derivatization or enzymatic methods for further cell function analysis.
Carbohydrate/Polysaccharide. Carbohydrates and polysaccharides lack luminescent groups that are easy to detect. The combination of sugar chains and fluorescent groups through chemical derivatization labels facilitates the visualization of carbohydrate macromolecules.
Fatty Acid. Fluorescently labeled fatty acid analogs can be used to label cell membrane lipids and have a wide range of potential applications.

Fluorescent Labeling Methods

The commonly used fluorescent labeling methods on our service platform include chemical labeling, enzymatic labeling and genetic labeling.

Chemical labeling. Through some classical chemical modification (covalent or non-covalent binding) methods to connect to the target molecule, to achieve stable labeling, to help better conduct in vitro research.

Enzymatic labeling. The dye tag is specifically docked with the target molecule through biotin ligase, etc., to achieve rapid, efficient, and selective labeling of biological macromolecules in vivo and in vitro.

Genetic labeling. Express fluorescent protein through gene editing or use specific probes to label nucleic acids and proteins to achieve in vivo or in vitro tracking.
