SuperCD® EB66 Medium is a fully chemically defined, serum-free, animal-origin-free cell culture medium specifically designed to support the growth and maintenance of EB66 suspension cells, a continuous avian embryonic stem cell line derived from Muscovy duck embryos. EB66 cells replicate faster than conventional mammalian embryonic stem cells and are widely used for large-scale production of vaccines, biologics and other biological products.

Unlike reduced-serum formulations, SuperCD® EB66 Medium contains no serum and no animal-derived components. Every ingredient is chemically identified and present at a known concentration, eliminating batch-to-batch serum variation and the risk of animal-derived adventitious agents. The formulation delivers consistent, high-density cell growth with excellent reproducibility, and simplifies downstream purification and regulatory documentation for vaccine and biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
