The Super NK cell culture protocol induces the differentiation of endogenous CD34+ cells in the blood into NK cells and inhibits T cell proliferation. As a result, the purity of NK cells (CD3-CD16+CD56+) cultured with this cytokine kit is higher, with a stable purity of over 95% from fresh umbilical cord blood and peripheral blood sources, and over 85% from cryopreserved cells.
