The immune cell serum-free medium contains injectable-grade human serum albumin and recombinant human insulin, with no other protein components. It includes the antibiotic kanamycin sulfate and phenol red as a pH indicator. It is specifically designed for the activation and expansion of CIK (cytokine-induced killer) cells and DC-CIK (dendritic cell-cytokine-induced killer) cells. With appropriate cytokines and antibody stimulation, it can also be used for the activation and expansion of human T cells, tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs), CAR-T cells, CAR-NK cells, and NK cells. This medium is recommended for adoptive immunotherapy applications and cell immunoreaction research.
