Specificity

Detects human PDGF-B subunit in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, this antibody shows approximately 100% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) PDGF-AB and recombinant rat PDGF-BB, 15% cross-reactivity with rhPDGF-AA, and no cross-reactivity with rhPlGF, rhVEGF, rhVEGF-C, rhVEGF-D, rhCTGF, or rhLDGF.
