The Plasmacytoid Dendritic Cell Isolation Kit isolates uncontacted human plasmacytoid dendritic cells (PDC) from PBMC. PDC isolated from human PBMC can be used for phenotypic, functional and molecular analyses, e.g., expression of Toll-like receptors, chemokine receptors, or neoantigens as well as for studies of DC activation, migration, cytokine production and T cell polarization.
