SuperEXP® Human NK Cell Isolation Kit (Buffy Coat)

Natural Killer cells, also as known as NK cells, are a type of cytotoxic lymphocyte belong to the innate immune system which are important to adaptive immune response. Around 5-20% of all circulating lymphocytes are NK cells in human. Creative Bioarray's SuperEXP® Human NK Cell Isolation Kit (Buffy Coat) is designed to isolate NK cells from human buffy coat by immunomagnetic negative selection. Non-NK cells, such as T cells, B cells, dendritic cells, monocytes, granulocytes, and erythroid cells, are magnetically labeled by using a cocktail of biotin-conjugated antibodies and the NK cell microbead cocktail. Isolation of highly purity NK cells is achieved by depletion of magnetically labeled cells. Any downstream application can be performed on NK cells after separation, such as Flow Cytometry and in vitro culture.
