Creative Bioarray's Central Memory CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit is used to isolate central memory CD4+ T cells from human PBMCs in a two-step procedure. The kit isolates central memory CD4+ T cells based on the expression of CD197 (CCR7) and the absence of CD45RA on these cells.

Detailed Separation Procedure

For the first separation, non-target cells are labeled with a cocktail of biotin-conjugated antibodies against CD8, CD14, CD15, CD16, CD19, CD25, CD36, CD45RA, CD56, CD123, TCRγ/δ, and CD235a (Glycophorin A) and Anti-Biotin Microbeads to deplete non-CD4+ T cells, naive CD4+ T cells and non T cells. For the second separation, the flow-through fraction of the first separation is labeled with CD197 (CCR7)-PE and Anti-PE Microbeads for positive selection of central memory CD4+ T cells.
