MegaCD® CHO Feed Medium is a chemically-defined, hydrolysate-free, serum-free and non-animal origin feed medium designed to increase process yields of antibodies and recombinant proteins in Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells.
This formulation has been specifically developed to support for high-density growth of CHO-K1, CHO-DG44, CHO-S and CHOZN cells in suspension. It achieves maximum performance with MegaCD® CHO Feed Medium and SuperCD® CHO Ultra-concentrated supplements.
