Description

Fasudil is a potent inhibitor of Rho-associated coiled-coil containing protein kinase 2 . Additionally, it inhibits protein kinase C-related kinase 2 , mitogen- and stress-activated protein kinase , and mitogen-activated protein kinase-activated protein kinase 1b with IC₅₀ values of 4, 5, and 15 µM, respectively . This product is supplied as the dihydrochloride salt of the molecule.
