This kit supplies the Intracellular Calcium Detection Kit that contains a membrane-permeable, intracellular calcium probe. Upon cell entry, the calcium probe is hydrolyzed by intracellular esterases rendering it membrane-impermeable. The cleaved calcium probe binds to intracellular calcium generating fluorescence.
