Apoptosis regulator (BAX) is a member of the Bcl-2 gene family. Members of the BCL2 family form heterologous or homodimers and act as anti-apoptotic or pro-apoptotic regulators involved in a variety of cellular activities. This kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for the quantitative measurement of BAX in mouse serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants.
