Description

rBC2LCN binds specifically to Fuc α1-2Gal β1-3GlcNAc containing glycans and has been shown to be a marker of undifferentiated human iPS and ES cells. This lectin has been labelled with 635 a red fluorescence dye similar to Cy5 and can be used directly for analysis of living undifferentiated cells by adding to culture medium.
