rBC2LCN is a recombinant lectin expressed in E coli that corresponds to the N-terminal domain of BC2LCN derived from Burkholderia cenocepacia. rBC2LCN binds specifically to Fuc α1-2Gal β1-3GlcNAc containing glycans and has been shown to be a marker of undifferentiated human iPS and ES cells.
