The Total Lymphocyte Enrichment Kit: Complete Processing Kit for Whole Blood is designed to isolate human lymphocytes from treated whole blood by negative selection. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD14, CD15, CD16, CD33, CD36, CD41, CD66b, glycophorin A and dextran-coated magnetic particles. The labeled cells are bound to magnetic particles and separated using an magnet without the use of columns. Desired cells are poured off into a new tube.
