Description

The HLA B/T Cell Isolation Kit allows the isolation of pure viable lymphocytes in only 20 minutes. Untouched B and T lymphocytes can be isolated in parallel with an easy two step protocol at room temperature. The isolation is performed directly from whole blood or spleen cell suspensions and does not require a density gradient centrifugation.

Detailed Separation Procedure

The Kit allows the untouched isolation of human B and T lymphocytes from anticoagulated whole blood or spleen cell suspensions. Non-target cells are removed by immunomagnetic depletion while erythrocytes are sedimented, yielding viable untouched target cells of high purity.
