Description
The Mouse Pan-B Cell Isolation Kit is designed to isolate all B cells, including conventional B-2 B cells, B-1 B cells and plasma cells from single-cell suspensions of splenocytes or other tissues by negative selection. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with biotinylated antibodies directed against non pan-B cells , TER119) and streptavidin-coated magnetic particles . Labeled cells are separated using an magnet without the use of columns. Desired cells are poured off into a new tube. This kit is compatible for use with cells from disease models where the malignant cells express CD43 or CD11b.
