Description

The Biotin Positive Selection Kit II is designed to isolate cells that are labeled with biotinylated antibodies. Desired cells are targeted with antibody complexes recognizing biotin and dextran-coated magnetic particles. The labeled cells are bound to magnetic particles and separated using an magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off.This product replaces the Biotin Positive Selection Kit for even faster cell isolations.
