Mycoplasma PCR Detection Kit is used to detect Mycoplasma contamination in cell cultures with the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The reaction tubes in this kit have been pre-coated with primers, loading dye and appropriate dNTPs. It is easy to use and can reduce total assay time compared to general protocols. This kit can successfully amplify Mycoplasma fermentans genomic DNA in concentrations of 20 to 20,000 copies.
