Description

Mycoplasma Broth contains 10 mg/mL agar, 10 mg/mL bacterial peptone, 10 mg/mL LAB-LEMCO powder, 5 mg/mL sodium chloride. It is used to culture Mycoplasma. Mineral supplement is used to improve the growth and colony characteristics of Mycoplasma. Yease extract, horse serum and antibiotics can be used to enrich this basal medium to support the growth of Mycoplasma.
