Ficoll Density Gradient Media is a sterile medium developed for the isolation of human lymphocytes. It contains Ficoll PM 400, disodium calcium EDTA and sodium diatrizoate. Its density is 1.077 g/mL. It is ready to use in high yield isolation of lymphocytes from human peripheral blood. Ficoll Density Gradient Media contains low levels of endotoxin.
