Description

Ficoll PM 400 is a high molecular weight sucrose-polymerwith an average molecular weight of 400,000. It is used to produce density gradients for cell separation and isolation, and can preserve functional and morphological integrity. Ficoll PM 400 can be used to separateeukaryotic cells, organelles, bacterial cells and mononuclear cells. It can also be used as a stabilizing agent.

This product is supplied as a spry-dried powder and is readily soluble in aqueous media.
