Description

Hybridoma Fusion and Cloning Supplement (HFCS) contains a cholesterol source, albumin, cytokines, fetal calf serum, insulin, transferrin, and other defined organic and inorganic compounds. It is used as a medium supplement for the culture of B-cell hybridomas after fusion and during cloning to supply the required components in a complete culture environment. HFCS can also be used to optimize the growth of hybridomas.

This product is supplied as a concentrated solution and needs to be diluted 50 times to obtain the correct amount of supplement.
