Description

Microvascular Growth Supplement contains dibutyryl cyclic AMP, fetal bovine serum (FBS), heparin, human epidermal growth factor (EGF), human fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and hydrocortisone. It is used as a medium supplement for the culture of human microvascular endothelial cells to supply all of the required components in a complete culture environment.

Each 25 mL bottle can be added to 500 mL bottle of cell culture medium to obtain the correct amount of supplement.
