Description

Human Melanocyte Growth Supplement-2, PMA-free contains bovine transferrin, bovine pituitary extract (BPE), basicfibroblast growth factor (bFGF), hydrocortisone, heparin, and recombinant human insulin-like growth factor-I. Human Melanocyte Growth Supplement is used as a medium supplement for the culture of human epidermal melanocytes to supply all of the required hormones, growth factors and tissue extracts.

Each 5 mL bottle can be added to 500 mL bottle of cell culture medium to obtain the correct amount of supplement.
