Human Melanocyte Growth Supplement (HMGS) contains bovine transferrin, bovine pituitary extract (BPE), basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF), hydrocortisone, heparin, Phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA) and recombinant human insulin-like growth factor-I. Human Melanocyte Growth Supplement is used as a medium supplement for the culture of human epidermal melanocytes to supply all of the required hormones, growth factors and tissue extracts.

Each 5 mL bottle can be added to 500 mL bottle of cell culture medium to obtain the correct amount of supplement.
