Description
Human Keratinocyte Growth Supplement (HKGS) is an ionically-balanced supplement. It contains bovine transferrin, bovine pituitary extract (BPE), hydrocortisone, human epidermal growth factor (EGF) and recombinant human insulin-like growth factor-I. Human Keratinocyte Growth Supplement is used as a medium supplement for the culture of human epidermal keratinocytes to supply all of the required hormones, growth factors and tissue extracts.
Each 5 mL bottle can be added to 500 mL bottle of cell culture medium to obtain the correct amount of supplement.
