Description

3,3′,5-Triiodo-L-thyronine (T3) is an active thyroid hormone at cellular level produce by the thyroid gland. Its precursor is Thyroxine (T4). T3 and T4 are iodine-containing hormones, which can stimulate metabolic rate and regulate growth and development. 3,3′,5-Triiodo-L-thyronine Sodium Salt can be used as a supplement in culture media for colon organ, hippocampal, retinal, glomerular explant and proximal tubule.
