Description

Trypsin Inhibitor from Soybean is an inhibitor of trypsin. It is used to inhibit trypsin at a molar ratio of 1:1. Trypsin Inhibitor from Soybean can also inhibit other serine proteases. It can be used for subcultivation procedures or to terminate tissue disaggregation.

This product should be dissolved in Dulbecco's Phosphate Buffered Saline (DPBS) without calcium and magnesium, or 0.01M Borate Buffer to prepare stock solution.
