Pancreatin is produced by the exocrine cells of the porcine pancreas. It is mixture of trypsin, amylase, lipase, protease and ribonuclease. Pancreatin can hydrolyze proteins, facts and starch. It can be used to remove formalin-fixed tissues from arterial grafts.
