Description

Poly-L-Lysine Hydrobromide is a nonspecific attachment factor for cells to promote cell adhesion to solid substrates. It can increase the number of positively charged sites and enhance electrostatic interaction between negatively charged ions of the membrane and the culture surface. Poly-L-Lysine Hydrobromide can be used to prepare surfaces for cell attachment.
