E-Cadherin Human contains 0.1 mg recombinant human E-Cadherin expressed in E. coli in 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer, which contains NaCl, KCl, L-Arginine, EDTA, DTT and Glycerol. The concentration is 0.5 mg protein/mL. E-Cadherin can be used as coating matrix protein for cell culture.
