Description

Calcein-AM is a self-quenching fluorescent dye containing in liposomes. The excitation and emission wavelengths of Calcein-AM is 495/515 nm. It is commonly used in flow cytometry. It can be used as an indicator of lipid vesicle leakage or a complexometric indicator for determination of calcium.
