Description

MTT Based Cell Growth Assay Kit is used to determine cell proliferation of complement-mediated cytotoxicity. This product includes 50 mg of MTT per vial and 15 mL of PBS solution. Add 10 mL of PBS to one vial of MTT and mix well to dissolve. The mixture need to be sterile filtered and kept in the dark at 4°C. MTT is converted to purple formazan crystals when tetrazolium ring is cleaved in living cells by mitochondrial dehydrogenase.
