Description

MTT Based Cell Growth Determination Kit is a kit for determination of cell growth by assessing cell metabolic activity. It has been optimized for cells grown in multi-well plates. Each kit includes 5 vials of MTT and 50 mL of solvent (0.1 N HCl in anhydrous isopropanol. Each vial of MTT contains 1 mL of 5 mg/mL MTT in RPMI without phenol red and should be added at 10% of total culture volume.

The number of tests per kit is dependent upon culture vessel and/or volume.
