Description

The amino acid sequence of L-Glutathione is γ-Glu-Cys-Gly. L-Glutathione is an endogenous antioxidant which plays an important role in reducing reactive oxygen species. It can also form disulfide bonds with cysteine residues in proteins. L-Glutathione can be used to elute glutathione S-transferase (GST) from glutathione agarose.
