Description

G-418 Solution contains 50 mg of G-418 per mL. G-418, an aminoglycoside antibiotic, is used to select eukaryotic cells stably transfected with neomycin resistance gene. Cells transfected with neomycin resistance genes can grow in cell culture media containing G-418.
