Gentamicin-Glutamine Solution contains 5 mg of Gentamicin and 200 mM L-glutamine per mL in tissue culture grade water. This solution is used to select transformed cells containing the aacA.aphD gene. The recommended concentration is 10 mL/L for cell culture applications.
