Description

Amphotericin B Solution contains 250 μg/mL Amphotericin B in deionized water. Amphotericin B, a polyene antifungal antibiotic extracted from Streptomyces, can interfere with the permeability of cell membranes of fungi and yeast by forming channels in the membrane and causing leakage of small molecules from the cells.
