Description

NCTC-109 Medium is developed for the culture of mouse L929 cells. This medium is Chemically-Defined. It contains no proteins, growth factors or lipids but the formula is rich in nucleosides, vitamins and coenzymes. NCTC-109 medium supplemented with growth factors can be used for serum free growth. It can also be used with Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS) supplementation.
