SuperEXP® Stem Cell Basement Membrane Extract is a soluble form of basement membrane purified from Engelbreth-Holm-Swarm (EHS) tumor. SuperEXP® Stem Cell Basement Membrane Extract provides a extracellular matrix hydrogel that polymerizes at 37°C to form a reconstituted basement membrane. SuperEXP® Stem Cell Basement Membrane Extract provides an effective surface for feeder-free stem cell attachment and maintenance of undifferentiated human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs).
