In sandwich immunoassays, less than 2% cross-reactivity with the EGF domain of recombinant human (rh) NRG1-beta 1/HRG1-beta 1 is observed and less than 0.3% cross-reactivity with rhHRG-alpha, rhErbB2, rhErbB3, and rhErbB4 is observed.
