Detects human NRG1-beta 1/HRG1-beta 1 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 15% cross-reactivity with the EGF domain of recombinant human (rh) NRG1-beta 1/HRG1-beta 1 is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhNRG-2 is observed.
