Specificity

Detects human FGFR5/FGFRL1 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 65% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) FGFR5 and rmFGFR5 beta is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) FGFR1 alpha (IIIb), rhFGFR1 alpha (IIIc), rhFGFR1 beta (IIIb), rhFGFR1 beta (IIIc), rhFGFR2 alpha (IIIb), rhFGFR2 alpha (IIIc), rhFGFR2 beta (IIIb), rhFGFR2 beta (IIIc), rhFGFR3 alpha (IIIb), rhFGFR3 (IIIc), and rhFGFR4 is observed.
