Specificity

Detects human FGFR4 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In Western blots, less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse FGFR4 and recombinant human FGFR5 is observed and no cross-reactivity with any isoform of rhFGFR1, rhFGFR2, or rhFGFR3 is observed.
