Specificity

Detects human FGFR3 (IIIb) in direct ELISAs. In direct ELISAs, approximately 25-50% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse FGFR3 (IIIb) is observed and 12% with recombinant human (rh) FGFR4 is observed and no cross-reactivity with (IIIc) isoforms of rhFGFR3 or any isoforms of rhFGFR1 or rhFGFR2 is observed.
