Pool of NS0-derived recombinant human FGFR3 alpha (IIIb) and Sf21-derived FGFR3 alpha (IIIc)

Specificity

Detects human FGFR3 (IIIc) in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, 100% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) FGFR2 (IIIc), recombinant mouse (rm) FGFR2 (IIIc) and rmFGFR3 (IIIc) is observed. In Western blots (non-reducing conditions only), 50-100% cross-reactivity with rhFGFR2 (IIIc), rmFGFR2 (IIIc) and rmFGFR3 (IIIc) is observed.
