A mixture of purified isoforms of recombinant human FGFR1 extracellular domains

Specificity

Detects IIIb isoforms of human FGFR1. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, this antibody detected IIIb but not IIIc isoforms of human FGFR1, human FGFR2, and mouse FGFR2. In direct ELISA, approximately 20% cross-reactivity was observed with recombinant human (rh) FGFR3 (IIIb). No cross-reactivity was observed with rhFGFR4 or with IIIIc isoforms of rhFGFR1, rhFGFR2, rmFGFR2, or rhFGFR3.
