Specificity

Detects human PDGF-BB in ELISAs and Western blots. In sandwich immunoassays, approximately 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat PDGF-BB and porcine PDGF is observed, less than 2% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) PDGF-AB is observed, and less than 0.8% cross-reactivity with rhPDGF-AA is observed.
